Pre-treating dark t-shirts is now easy, fast and cost effective with the Polyprint Pre-treaters

 

Uniform spraying, optimal white printing, repeatability, cost savings on the pre-treatment liquid, ease of use, keeps the room clean. The ultimate solution for the treatment of your fabrics for direct printing with white ink. The Polyprint Pre-Treaters have 4 nozzles, which are individually controlled and allow to define the spraying width. The spraying length is easily defined by a step-less slider.

• • High quality spraying nozzles provide uniform spraying

• • Maximum treatment area is 38x48cm (Pre-Treater I) and 42x60cm (Pre-Treater II).

• • Pre-treatment time is about 6 seconds.

• • A built-in drip tray allows nozzle cleaning with the press of a button

• • The spraying nozzles can be removed without tools for intensive cleaning

• • Quantity of pre-treatment is electronically controlled and can be easily adjusted

• • Closed chamber during spraying (Pre-Treater II )
