The Texjet Plus is based on the Epson DX5 print engine and offers up to a large 42 x 60cm print area. It was originally made for professional use and offer industrial strength versatility. 

 

TexjetPLUS uses a high quality 4-wheel transport system made for much heavier loads that allows high precision movement of the t-shirt table even at heavy duty.

 

The Polyprint control board is the heart of the printer, operates the whole system interacting with the Epson main board without modifying it at all, avoiding all electronic related problems, and offering stability and error free operation.
The positioning of the printing tray is being done by decoding the PF motor encoder, exactly like Epson does, offering accuracy and full control of the movement which is critical for the perfect registration of white and color layers.
An on board  Flash memory (1MB), a buffered serial interface (I2C bus) and a built in serial port RS232, allow firmware upgrades and remote support via internet connection.

 

The ink tubes are kept untouched, keeping the printer at its original state. In combination with the pressurized ink cartridges, offers the best possible reliability when using white ink.

All printers with modified ink delivery system experience issues of air entering the system through leaks, which creates head clogging, the biggest fear of customers. In our case, since the ink doesn’t come in contact with air, the printer can stay idle for 10 days without the need to remove the white ink, and without having clogging problems after starting working again. This is because the ink in the cartridges is vacuum sealed, and by lifting the ink levers the air is blocked completely which prevents the evaporation or contamination of the ink. Also, maintenance procedure for our printer is very simple to do without the need of using tools and disassembling parts of the printer. Instructions for maintenance are also available in videos.

 

An optical sensor prevents the head from crushing on the fabric and places the table at the optimum distance for high quality printing results also in Bi-Directional mode.

 

The “Frame” system makes garment loading easy and fast, while keeping the printing surface flat which is important for high precision printing results.
No need to use glue.
No need to remove the t-shirt tray out of the printer which can create registration problems.
